গাইবান্ধা পৌর পার্ক, গাইবান্ধা পৌরসভার নিয়ন্ত্রনাধীন সামাজিক বিনোদন কেন্দ্র হিসাবে অতি সুপরিচিত একটি উন্মুক্ত স্থান। গাইবান্ধা জেলা শহরে বসবাসকারীদের চিত্তবিনোদনের কথা বিবেচনা করে ১৯২৭ সালে জমিদার গোবিন্দ লাল রায়ের দান করা ১ একর ৭ শতক জমিতে গাইবান্ধা পৌর পার্ক (Gaibandha Pouro Park) যাত্রা শুরু করে। একটি পুকুরকে কেন্দ্র করে গড়ে উঠা পার্কে বিভিন্ন রকমের ফুল, ফল ও বনজ গাছ রয়েছে। আর পুকুরের মাঝখানে পানির ফোয়ারা এবং এক পাশে সান বাধানো ঘাট আছে। শান্ত সুন্দর এই পুকুরের পাড়ে বসে নিশ্চিন্তে একটি বিকেল কাটিয়ে দেয়া যায় তাই বেলা বাড়ার সাথে সাথে এখানে দর্শনার্থীর সংখ্যাও বাড়তে থাকে।
Gaibandha Pouro Park is a well-known open space and social entertainment center under the control of the Gaibandha Municipality. Considering the recreation needs of the residents of Gaibandha district town, Gaibandha Pouro Park started its journey in 1927 on 1 acre and 7 decimals of land donated by Zamindar Gobinda Lal Roy. Centered around a pond, the park features various types of flowering, fruit-bearing, and forest trees. There is a water fountain in the middle of the pond and a masonry ghat on one side. You can spend a peaceful afternoon sitting on the banks of this quiet and beautiful pond, so the number of visitors increases here as the day progresses.
