তিন্দু বান্দরবান জেলার থানচি উপজেলায় অবস্থিত। তিন্দুকে বলা হয় বাংলাদেশের ভূ-স্বর্গ। পাহাড়ী সাঙ্গু নদী বয়ে গেছে তিন্দুর পাশ দিয়ে। এখানে পাহাড়, মেঘ, নদী, ঝর্ণা, রহস্য ও রোমাঞ্চ সব কিছুই একসাথে পাওয়া যায় বলে তিন্দু অ্যাডভেঞ্চার প্রিয় ভ্রমণকারীদের কাছে অন্যতম আকর্ষনের নাম। এখানে শক্ত কঠিন পাথরকে সারাক্ষণই বুকে নিয়ে বয়ে চলছে শঙ্খ নদীর স্বচ্ছ পানির ঢল। এখানে পাহাড়গলা পানিতে গা ডুবিয়ে সময়ে কাটিয়ে দিতে পারবেন নতুন নতুন মাছের সঙ্গে সারা দিন আড্ডা দিয়ে। স্থানীয় আদিবাসী মানুষের সারল্য ও আতিথিয়তায় মুগ্ধ হবেন অবশ্যই। সকাল বিকেল পাহাড় ঘিরে থাকে মেঘের ভাঁজে। মেঘমেলা দেখতে দেখতে কখন যে সময় কেটে যাবে তা টের পাবেন না ঘুণাক্ষরে। তিন্দুর অসাধারণত্ব বলে শেষ করা যাবে না।
Tindu is located in Thanchi upazila of Bandarban district. Tindu is often called the earthly paradise of Bangladesh. The hilly Sangu River flows past Tindu.
