ফেনী শহরের জিরো পয়েন্টে ঐতিহাসিক রাজাঝির দীঘি (Rajajhir Dhigi) অবস্থিত। প্রচলিত আছে, প্রায় সাতশত বছর আগে ত্রিপুরা রাজ্যের এক প্রভাবশালী রাজার কন্যার অন্ধত্ব দূরীকরণের উদ্দেশ্যে এই দীঘি খনন করা হয়। ফেনী অঞ্চলের মানুষ কন্যাকে আঞ্চলিক ভাষায় ঝি বলে থাকে। ফলে দীঘিটি খননের পর থেকেই রাজাঝির দীঘি বা রাজনন্দিনীর দীঘি নামে পরিচিত হয়ে উঠে।
The historic Rajajhir Dighi is located at the zero point of Feni city. Legend has it that this dighi was excavated about 700 years ago to cure the blindness of the daughter of a powerful king of the Tripura state. People of the Feni region refer to a daughter as “zhi” in the local dialect. As a result, ever since its excavation, the dighi became known as Rajajhir Dighi or Rajanandini’s Dighi.
