পাবনা সদর উপজেলার দুবলিয়া গ্রামে স্থানীয় বাসীন্দাদের শতবছরের গ্রাম বাংলার গৌরব ও ঐতিহ্যের এক অন্যতম বহিঃপ্রকাশ দুবলিয়া মেলা (Dublia Fair)। যা দুবলিয়াবাসীর বিনোদনের প্রধান এক উৎস। ইতিহাস থেকে জানা যায়, বর্ষাকালে ব্যবসা-বাণিজ্যের জন্য প্রসিদ্ধ দুবলিয়াতে যাতায়াতের মাধ্যম হিসাবে নৌকার প্রচলন ছিল। আর তখন গ্রামীণ বিনোদনের অন্যতম উৎস নৌকা বাইচকে কেন্দ্র করেই মূলত এই মেলার জন্ম হয়।
