রাজবাড়ী সরকারি উচ্চ বিদ্যালয়ের লাল ভবনের বয়স প্রায় দেড়শত বছর। প্রাচীন ঐতিহাসিক এই লাল ভবনটি রাজবাড়ী জেলার একটি অন্যতম স্থাপত্য নিদর্শন। গোয়ালন্দ মহকুমার বাণীবহ এস্টেটের বাণীবহের জমিদার গিরিজা শংকর মজুমদার ভবনটিকে কাঁচারী ঘর হিসেবে ব্যবহার করতেন। ১৮৯২ সালে জমিদার গিরিজা শংকর মজুমদার এই লাল ভবনে গোয়ালন্দ মডেল হাই স্কুল প্রতিষ্ঠা করেন। আর রাজবাড়ী সরকারি উচ্চ বিদ্যালয়কে (Rajbari Government High School) বলা যায় শতাধিক বছরের পুরাতন গোয়ালন্দ মডেল হাই স্কুলের বর্তমান রূপ।
The Red Building of Rajbari Government High School is nearly 150 years old. This ancient historical red building is one of the architectural landmarks of Rajbari district. Girija Shankar Majumdar, the zamindar of Banibah in the Banibah estate of Goalanda subdivision, used the building as a kachari house (revenue office). In 1892, Zamindar Girija Shankar Majumdar established the Goalanda Model High School in this red building. Rajbari Government High School can be considered the present-day form of the century-old Goalanda Model High School.
