হোসেনী দালান (Hossaini Dalan) বা ইমামবাড়া মূলত কারবালার প্রান্তরে শাহাদাৎ বরণকারী হযরত ইমাম হোসেন (রাঃ)-এর স্মৃতির স্মরণে নির্মিত শিয়া সম্প্রদায়ের একটি প্রাচীন উপাসনালয় ও সমাবেশস্থল। পুরান ঢাকার নাজিমউদ্দিন রোডে অবস্থিত এই ঐতিহাসিক স্থাপনাটি প্রায় ৩০০ বছরেরও বেশি পুরনো। নির্ভরযোগ্য ঐতিহাসিক সূত্রে জানা যায়, মোগল সম্রাট শাহজাহানের শাসনামলে ১৬৪২ খ্রিষ্টাব্দে (১৭শ শতক) সুবাহদার শাহ শুজার প্রধান ইমারত পরিদর্শক মীর মুরাদের তত্ত্বাবধানে এই হোসেনী দালান ভবনটি নির্মাণ করা হয়।
Hossaini Dalan or Imambara is an ancient place of worship and gathering for the Shia community, built in memory of Hazrat Imam Hussain (RA), who was martyred on the plains of Karbala. Located on Nazimuddin Road in Old Dhaka, this historic structure is over 300 years old. According to reliable historical sources, Hossaini Dalan was built during the reign of Mughal Emperor Shah Jahan in 1642 AD (17th century) under the supervision of Mir Murad, the chief building inspector of Subahdar Shah Shuja.
