সুন্দরবনের কটকা নদীর পূর্ব দিকে অবস্থিত প্রাকৃতিক অপরূপ সৌন্দর্যের লীলাভূমি হিসেবে পরিচিত কচিখালী সমুদ্র সৈকত (Kochikhali Sea Beach) একটি চমৎকার দর্শনীয় স্থান। সমুদ্র সৈকতের পাশাপাশি এখানে আছে বন্যপ্রাণী অভয়ারণ্য এবং পর্যটন কেন্দ্র। সুন্দরবনের শরণখোলা রেঞ্জের এই সৈকতটিকে বলা হয় ভয়ংকর সুন্দর! কারণ সৈকতে পৌঁছাতে হলে বঙ্গোপসাগরের মোহনার খরস্রোতা কটকা নদী ও সুন্দরবনের ভিতরের প্রায় ৩ কিলোমিটার বুনো পথ পাড়ি দিতে হয়। এই পথে প্রায়ই হরিনের পাল, বন্য শুকর এবং বাঘের পায়ের ছাপ দেখা যায়।
Located to the east of the Katka River in the Sundarbans, Kochikhali Sea Beach is known as a land of breathtaking natural beauty and is a wonderful tourist spot. Alongside the sea beach, there is a wildlife sanctuary and a tourist center here. This beach in the Sharankhola range of the Sundarbans is called fiercely beautiful! This is because to reach the beach, one has to cross the swift-flowing Katka River at the mouth of the Bay of Bengal and about 3 kilometers of wild trails inside the Sundarbans. Herds of deer, wild boars, and tiger footprints can often be seen along this path.
