অজানাকে জানার নেশা মানুষের চিরন্তন আগ্রহের একটি। আর সেটা যদি হয় বিনোদনের মাধ্যমে তবে তো কথাই নেই! অজানাকে জানানোর সুযোগের পাশাপাশি মানুষকে বিজ্ঞানমনস্ক করে গড়ে তুলতে রাজধানী ঢাকা র তেজগাঁও বিজয় সরণীর মোড়ে নির্মাণ করা হয়েছে বঙ্গবন্ধু শেখ মুজিবুর রহমান নভোথিয়েটার (Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Novo Theatre)। পূর্বে এই নভোথিয়েটারটি ভাষানী নভোথিয়েটার নামে পরিচিত ছিল।

To provide the opportunity of learning about the unknown alongside fostering a scientifically-minded public, the Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman Novo Theatre was built at the Bijoy Sarani intersection in Tejgaon, Dhaka. Previously, this planetarium was known as Bhashani Novo Theatre.
