১৯৩০ সালে রাস বিহারী পর্বত মাদারীপুর সদর উপজেলার মস্তফাপুর ইউনিয়নে কুমার নদীর তীরে দেশি-বিদেশি প্রায় ৫০০ প্রজাতির গাছের চারা রোপন করে একটি বাগান গড়ে তোলেন। প্রায় ২৬ একর জমির ওপর তৈরী বাগানকে তাঁর নামানুসারে পর্বত বাগান (Parbat Bagan) নামকরণ করা হয়। পর্বত বাগানের পাশ দিয়ে বয়ে চলা কুমার নদী চারপাশের পরিবেশকে করেছে আরো মোহনীয়। ফলে তৎকালীন সময়ে মাদারীপুর মহকুমার সকল উচ্চপদস্থ কর্মকতার অবাধ আগমন ঘটতো পর্বত বাগানে।
In 1930, Ras Bihari Parbat established a garden on the banks of the Kumar River in Mostafapur Union of Madaripur Sadar Upazila by planting saplings of about 500 species of domestic and foreign trees. Spanning approximately 26 acres of land, the garden was named Parbat Bagan after him. The Kumar River flowing past the garden makes the surrounding environment even more charming. As a result, all high-ranking officials of the Madaripur subdivision frequented Parbat Bagan at that time.
