পঞ্চগড় জেলার অন্তর্গত বাংলাদেশের সর্বোত্তরের উপজেলার নাম তেঁতুলিয়া। তেঁতুলিয়া উপজেলার ১নং বাংলাবান্ধা ইউনিয়নে বাংলাবান্ধা জিরো পয়েন্ট (Banglabandha Zero Point) এবং বাংলাবান্ধা স্থল বন্দরের অবস্থান। হিমালয়ের কোল ঘেঁষা মহানন্দা নদীর তীরে ১৯৯৭ সালের ১ সেপ্টেম্বর বাংলাদেশ-ভারত সীমান্তবর্তী প্রায় ১০ একর জমিতে বাংলাবান্ধা জিরো পয়েন্ট অর্থাৎ বাংলাবান্ধা স্থল বন্দর নির্মাণ করা হয়। বাংলাবান্ধা স্থল বন্দরের মাধ্যমে ভারত, নেপাল এবং ভুটানের সাথে বাংলাদেশের অর্থনৈতিক সম্পর্ক গড়ে উঠেছে।
Tetulia is the northernmost upazila of Bangladesh, located in the Panchagarh district. Banglabandha Zero Point and the Banglabandha Land Port are situated in No. 1 Banglabandha Union of Tetulia Upazila. Nestled against the Himalayas on the banks of the Mahananda River, Banglabandha Zero Point and Land Port were established on September 1, 1997, on approximately 10 acres of land along the Bangladesh-India border. Through the Banglabandha Land Port, Bangladesh has established economic relations with India, Nepal, and Bhutan.
