রাঙ্গামাটি সদর হতে মাত্র ২৫ কিলোমিটার দূরত্বে শুভলং বাজারের পাশেই শুভলং ঝর্ণার অবস্থান। বাংলাদেশের অন্য সকল ঝর্ণার মত শুভলং ঝর্ণাতেও শুকনো মৌসুমে পানি খুব কম থাকে। বর্ষা মৌসুমে প্রায় ১৪০ ফুট উঁচু পাহাড় থেকে বিপুল জলধারা কাপ্তাই লেকে আছড়ে পড়ে। এছাড়া শুভলং ঝর্ণা দেখতে যাওয়ার পথের সৌন্দর্য্য আপনাকে আবেগময় করে তুলতে পারে। দুই পাহাড়ের মধ্য দিয়ে বয়ে যাওয়া লেক দেখে থাইল্যান্ড বলে ভ্রম হতে পারে!
Shubholong Waterfall is located right beside the Shubholong Bazar, just 25 kilometers from Rangamati Sadar. Like all other waterfalls in Bangladesh, Shubholong has very little water during the dry season. During the monsoon, a massive volume of water plunges from a hill about 140 feet high into Kaptai Lake. Moreover, the scenic beauty along the way to Shubholong Waterfall can leave you deeply moved. Seeing the lake flowing between two hills might even make you feel like you are in Thailand!
