Chandrima Uddan is located beside the Crescent Lake adjacent to the Jatiya Sangsad Bhaban in the heart of Dhaka city. There are differing opinions regarding the naming of Chandrima Uddan. Some believe there was a house here whose owner was named Chandrima. Others believe that former President H. M. Ershad named it Chandrima Uddan in reference to the crescent-shaped Crescent Lake.

কীভাবে যাবেন: ঢাকা বা যেকোনো প্রান্ত থেকে ট্রেন বা বাসে সরাসরি ঢাকা জেলা সদরে পৌঁছানো যায়। জেলা বাসস্ট্যান্ড বা রেলস্টেশন থেকে স্থানীয় সিএনজি, অটোরিকশা বা রিকশায় মাত্র ১৫-২০ মিনিটে সরাসরি চন্দ্রিমা উদ্যান-এর প্রধান ফটকে যাওয়া যায়।
