নোয়াখালী জেলা থেকে ১২ কিলোমিটার দূরে ভাষা আন্দোলনের সাক্ষী নোয়াখালী কেন্দ্রীয় শহীদ মিনার (Noakhali Central Shohid Minar) অবস্থিত। ১৯৫২ সালের ২১ ফেব্রুয়ারী ভাষা আন্দোলনের শহীদের স্মরণে প্রথমে বেগমগঞ্জ উপজেলার কাজিরহাট উচ্চ বিদ্যালয় প্রাঙ্গনে এই শহীদ মিনারটি স্থাপন করা হলেও পরবর্তীতে বিদ্যালয় কর্তৃপক্ষের মাধ্যমে কয়েকবার স্থান পরিবর্তন করে বর্তমানে জেলা জজ আদালতের পাশে স্থাপন করা হয়েছে।
Noakhali Central Shohid Minar, a witness to the Language Movement, is located 12 kilometers away from Noakhali district. To commemorate the martyrs of the Language Movement of 21 February 1952, this Shaheed Minar was first established on the premises of Kazirhat High School in Begumganj upazila, but later, through the school authorities, its location was changed a few times and it is currently established beside the District Judge’s Court.
