Two temples stand side by side in the village of Nalia under Jamalpur Union in Baliakandi Upazila of Rajbari District, and these are known as the Jor Bangla Mandir (Jor Bangla Mandir). While one temple retains its spire, the spire of the other is no longer extant. King Sitaram Ray established this Jor Bangla Mandir and the deity in 1655 following the Gaudiya architectural style of Odisha. Later, Sri Krishna Ram Chakraborty came to Nalia village at the request of King Sitaram Ray and took over the responsibility of maintaining the divine temple and the deity.
