কুড়িগ্রাম জেলার উলিপুর উপজেলার দূর্গাপুর ইউনিয়নে অবস্থিত শহরের একমাত্র পিকনিক স্পটের নাম টুপামারী পুকুর (Tupamari Dighi)। টুপামারী পুকুরকে কেন্দ্র করে প্রায় ২৫ একর জায়গা জুড়ে এই পিকনিক স্পট গড়ে তোলা হয়েছে। কুড়িগ্রামের আশেপাশের জেলা থেকে শৌখিন মৎস্য শিকারিরা এই পুকুরে মৎস্য শিকারের জন্য এসে থাকেন। শীতকালে পুকুরের মনোরম পরিবেশে পিকনিক করার পাশাপাশি প্রাকৃতিক সৌন্দর্য উপভোগ করার জন্য ঘুরতে আসা দর্শনার্থীর সংখ্যাও কম নয়।
Tupamari Dighi is the only picnic spot in the town, located in Durgapur Union of Ulipur Upazila in Kurigram District. Built around Tupamari Dighi, this picnic spot covers an area of about 25 acres. Amateur anglers from surrounding districts of Kurigram come to this pond for fishing. In winter, besides picnicking in the pleasant environment of the pond, the number of visitors coming to enjoy the natural beauty is also quite significant.
